1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery can vary.
1.2 Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed same day before 4:00PM UK time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In such cases, we will contact you via email or telephone.
1.3 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
1.4 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- HJA Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
1.5 Damages
- If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately and stop opening the parcel at the point of noticing damage.
- If you receive your order visibly damaged before opening, refuse delivery and the goods will be sent back to us at no extra cost.
